The iFrame portlet was provided as part of the PDK in V1 of Portal (ie 3.0.9, etc) and was configured to run in Apache JServ. PDK 9.0.4 and above does not include the iFrame portlet.
I have had a couple customers ask about this for Portal 10g. There is a couple of ways you can do this.
1) Download the iFrame portlet code (V1), enable JServ on the MT HTTP Server, and register the provider. 2) A quick and dirty way to implement an iFrame is to use an HTML Portlet. Add the HTML Portlet to the page, and customize, using code similar to:
